Prime Solutions were delighted to have been chosen by Giant Bicycles UK and The Whiteroom Design Agency for the transformational fit out of Giant Bicycles Head Office ground floor bicycle showroom, some 4,600 square feet into a multifunctional space.

This space would include a presentation theatre, immersive product showroom and an inclusive entertainment area. Our works started with the full strip out of the existing fixtures and fittings within the existing showroom, as well as existing ceilings, floor finishes and partitions.

The complete strip out of existing mechanical services, comprising LTHW pipework, air conditioning, mechanical fresh air and extraction systems, lighting and electrical works, with everything being replaced with completely newly designed systems. New perimeter drylining was installed, together with new fire rated partitions to form a new presentation theatre area, showroom and reception areas.

Walls & ceilings were spray painted. The floor primed and smoothing compound applied in readiness for the new vinyl floor tiles. Walls were then acoustically treated in various areas to enhance the visitor experience
Bespoke joinery made off site, was delivered and installed within the multifunctional space. Re-installation of existing seating within the presentation theatre.

Every attention to detail was considered, resulting in a fit out to provide a “state of the art” bicycle presentation/showroom experience.
