To provide Landlord’s Enabling Works to Units 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 & 24 at Worcester Trade Park, Worcester.
The work comprised of the external decoration of the cladding, windows and personnel doors to Units 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 & 24. New feature outside lights were fitted to replace the old, existing lights.
Diamond grinding of the floors and new floor paint applied to Units 17 & 21.
At Unit 21 specifically, we have also formed new openings in external brick wall, supplied and installed new shopfront entrance, window, new ramped access and disabled car park bay.
The existing partition within Unit 21 has been removed; two perimeter walls have been redecorated; the toilet refurbished; the lighting checked, tested and lamps and fittings replaced, where defective. The fire alarm system has been altered to take account of the new layout and remediated where found defective. The existing gas boiler and radiators have been stripped out and the overhead gas heater has been repaired and commissioned.
