To carry out the refurbishment of an existing 13 storey office building, works comprised of: Modification to the existing building entrance and associated facade alterations including forming a feature portico with new building sign, re-cladding and reconfiguring the windows on floors 1 & 2 (front elevation), and formation of new paving and balustrade at main entrance.
Refurbishment of the existing reception area including providing a new bespoke feature reception desk; refurbishment of both staircases and the 3 Nr lifts; stripping out of all the existing office installations and their associated services on floors 1-3 & 5-10; fit out of 8th floor to form a “show” office; refurbishment of the existing toilets on 4th & 8th floors.
The formation of a disabled shower and toilet in the basement, together with forming new shower provisions and bike store. Also within the basement, replacement of existing roller shutter door at the car park entrance together with associated reconfiguring of the adjacent personnel door.
