Handover of our latest refurbishment project to our client in Leicestershire. Works were undertaken on two floors. The first floor was a reconfiguration of the existing space to form a larger canteen with new kitchen units, splashbacks, flooring and complete decoration.

Also on the first floor, a new larger training room was created with an intermediate moveable wall added, to enable the space to have the flexibility of being used as two smaller rooms, or one larger room.

Isolation and reconfiguration of the electrics, new lighting, small power, air conditioning, floor finishes, mechanical ventilation, full redecoration and suspended ceilings were added throughout.

On the ground floor the changing rooms, toilets and shower areas, all received new lighting, suspended ceilings, mechanical extraction, new floor finishes, new sanitaryware and associated pipework, new WC cubicles, showers, full redecoration, and vanity units with splashbacks.
